Week 9 Philly Pk L
Week 10 Detroit+3.5 L

Back to .500 after two straight losses going against rookie QB's. Read somewhwere that Rookie QB were 10-0 this season (Steel & Bears. Jag QB was making his second start in 4 years and technically not a Rook but inexperienced) The Rookie QB making his first start angle that has been very profitable throughout the years has apparently run its course. Rookie QB's have it drilled into them now that no matter what happens, DONT TURN THE BALL OVER, that coupled with the offensive coordinators running the ball 70% of the time, keeps the Rookie out of trouble. Ely Manning is making his first start for the Giants. I like the Falcons, but their meltdown vs the run against KC give the Giants a great begining blueprint for a game plan. I'll leave the rookie QB angle alone for now.

Well if it aint broke dont fix it. San Diego goes on the road to face the hapless Raiders. San Diego firing on all cylinders, protecting the ball. Stopping the run, improving defense. SD coach says that championship teams begin with divisional wins. Don't see SD having a letdown here and they will show up to play. Bring the brooms.

Good luck with the pick Razor, you're a solid poster.

In my opinion it looks like the line value is gone with SD. A few weeks ago they were 6pt. choices at home vs. the Raiders, now 3.5 road favs, meaning they would be favored by 9.5 if played in SD today. I might lay off this one. :icon_conf

I will ride these Bolts once again Occams, numbers are still looking good for them this week as well.

As long as SD keeps bringing home the cash, no need to switch up now.:banger:

Occams,
You might want to check out that Atlanta-Kansas game. Atlanta were a desperate mess on D with significant injuries, especially their run D. It was the reason I played Kansas big, this is a totally different beast.

Best of luck on the Week-end.:toast:

dabigdawg3,
I was referring to Occams comment on the Week 7 Atlanta/Kansas game.

Line went to -4, 4.5 mid week and is back down to 3.5 as money is coming in on the Raiders. Glad to see many still believe in Raiders and not making this an everyone and their mother on SD type thing.

Actually, the sites I check show everyone and their mother is on the Chargers. One has 86% the other has 95% of the bets on the Chargers.. The public is right sometimes though.

Good luck Razor.

Well SD pulled it off inspite of themselves today. Raider TD called back in 4th Qtr due to a block in the back by offensive lineman. a call the announcer said he has never seen called before. Also Raider wide receiver Porter dropped a sure TD late in the game. Ball went off his hands. I mention the Raider errors cause it goes to a rule that I try to abide by and that is: Don't ask bad teams to win money for you. Raiders were right there in the end but the calls and the drops went against them. A bad team always finds a way to lose. Detroit did it to me last week.

An observation of SD a team that has won for me here. They lack a strong pass rush and it kept Oak in the game today.

Congrats to those on SD.

Do sharps look at the SD game and say. "Hmm SD better offense, better defense, better turnover ratio, better special teams, better coach, but I'm not betting SD cause its obvious, I'm taking Oak cause everyone is on SD."

Question? Can a so call public play also be sharp play at the same time. In hindsight was SD a public play or a sharp play?

Good call regardless Occams Razor. SD got the cash, that's all that matters. Keep up the good work.

Occam... I think they were both a sharp play and the public play... for what it's worth. All of our tickets from both groups were lopsided towards SD very heavy!!! :kicking: :raining: :storm01:
